I have some questions from anyone with past grs experience, preferably PAI. I'm now 4 months past my surgery, things have healed and changed quite a bit since then. The one concern I did have and still do is the size of my vaginal canal. It still is quite large and my labia does not close it up like a cis vagina. My major labia is still numb as well as the outside entrance to vagina. The inside is slso. I wasn't positive about this until I had sex, I never felt him in me. I knew he went in because of the pain but once in,  there was no sensation. My clitoris is quite sensitive  though.

I probably shouldn't of had sex this early, especially since I became very sore when ever attempting to use my largest dilator. The time I had sex was very painful and I bled some. I was very worried I screwed something up....all for sex!!! The next day I was very....very sore. Similar to being kicked in the balls....if I had some! The same pain I had when attempting to use large dilator.

I am now using my biggest dilator, but start with one smaller first. If I'm going to have sex, it's the width that is killing me. Every man I have been with are of similar size. I'm fine with that, but my vagina isn't!! My depth is 6 inches, but I do notice some bottom out yet.

I want to know if things will change once I become accustomed to the larger dilator and once time has gone by more. I do use plenty of lube when dilating as well as when having sex. I still have pain with larger dilator. I so want to have sex, but I can't take that pain again.

Please help!!!

Welcome to Susan's Place. I have never had sex but you may still be a bit raw and numb from surgery. I found that the nerves were reconnecting up to two years after surgery. I am not sure what your dilation schedule is but the reason for dilation more than once a day is to prevent scar tissue from forming. You are breaking down anything before it becomes permanent. After sufficient time, the scar tissue will stop forming and dilation can be reduced to once a week or less.

I had about 20 years of being a good girl and then didn't dilate for 10 years. When I resumed, it was a little sore for the first few dilations but there isn't pain but I can feel the dilator entering and exiting.

One thing you should do is have an internal examination. You could have proud flesh/granulation that needs to be treated. That would cause both bleeding and pain and at 4 months, it's time for an examination.

Most important, be patient. Some of us heal a bit slower than others.

Can't say I've any experience or know much about PAI, but that bit sounds like what you'd get a posterior commisure (aka forchette) revision for. Its seems to be quite popular with Suporn girls.
