So Dr Rossi also does change your eyes? Being behind sunglasses certainly sounds severe - I never heard of anyone having to do that, I hope you find a solution to that.

But honestly, the language barrier in english also exists. it is quite obviously not your native language either and there may be some misunderstandings there as well, as can be seen from your  communications here in the forum.

And i tell you, there are no cases from south korea here , from Asia the positive comes from Thailand.
And when you can afford surgery to go to the best surgeon you will go. I think it is against liberal freedoms to tell people not to operate like a flyinsect, and the stalking bs, and thinks a kind of funny.

Actually the one that changes the eyes , it is a surgery that recreates the crease, make it higher, and then another surgery that creates a longer eyes, so bigger eyes with longer width for ideal propotions.

Yes true - in Korea, english is not so common, but the clinic I went to had a english translator and the surgeon was speaking english well.
I do not know about Korean FFS clinics - never considered it.

If you go to some clinic that is unknown and that has no reputation, you are always at risk. I would never want to do voice surgery or FFS here in Germany (probably the same is true for Italy) since no one here really is a known expert on these surgeries and has a good reputation. Voice surgery has a 30-40% success rate only and FFS procedures are done by plastic surgeons who usually do something completely different. They know FFS only in theory and have not much experience, so they can of course shave the jaw and flatten the forehead, but I would not trust them with getting the aesthetics right. Sadly if you have to rely on the health system to provide the finances for it, they are the only option available.

    I see you've been posting a lot recently on these boards, and it is always nice to have another perspective. Your advice, however is far too general, all or nothing kind of logic, at least in the initial post. If you are trying to make an argument, it isn't very convincing and lacks specifics. Most importantly, you are wrong that aren't good ffs surgeons in Asia. Dr. Chettawut and Dr. Suporn both have excellent and aggressive results, just to name a few. Please do not generalize, it almost sounds racist, even if that wasn't your intention. My suggestion is to change the name of the topic so it doesn't sound like you are making such a generalization.

Furthermore, considering your other posts deal with Lefort osteotomies, which you rightly assert could be considered as a part of ffs (I agree with you if that is what you are saying!) then Asian surgeons, particularly those in South Korea, are in fact at the forefront of that area. So you are making many different assertions across all your different posts, that are inconsistent when taken together. My suggestion is to be a bit more careful and thoughtful when posting all these different threads. Perhaps you should have just one thread with all you advice instead as opposed to all these different ones.

This is a very sweeping statement. Lots of the surgeons are FFS specialists and you cannot blanket blame all institutions in Asia for whatever has happened to you in one of them.

As others will know, I'm a fan of PAI (Preecha Aesthetic Institute) in Bangkok and don't accept any of your comments would be appropriate to them.
