Now, I do it while watching Food Network.

Juju, You're dilating twice at the 3 month mark?  Is this the norm?  Dilating even 3 times a day would be a problem for me bc of my job.  I am hoping it goes down to twice a day after the 3 months.

With brassard u r advised to do 3x/day till month 4. But that is just an advice, if you are well enough with 2 and not losing depth then it should be ok. U might void the warranty though if not following the manufacturer suggestions lol.

U need to have several hours in between dilation though. I personally think if you are not losing any depth then u can go down to 2 but be very very strict (no skipping) about it until end of month 6.

Brassard told me that if I had to skip a dilation for some unavoidable reason, to be sure to extend the time I dilated in my other dilation sessions accordingly...

Yeap. Month 4 is still 3x/day according to the sheet. So it is 5-6 not 4-6 for twice a day.

Sorry to beat a dead horse, but you're reading that wrong.
The header "Months 4-6," you know it's the dilation schedule below it, not above it?
You dilate once in the morning (#3 and #4 dilaor) and repeat again in the evening. That works out to two sessions a day
