Does that length of index and ring finger really mean anything? My length of these fingers is nearly equal. I think my ring finger may be a little bit longer. Does it mean I'm not trans?

I'm pretty sure it's most common in females for them to be a similar length. Its most common in males to have the index finger be shorter, but I know several very cis women with a short index finger. So in reality, although it does indicate something about the environment you were in in the womb, it's not pivotal to gender at all.

I don't think it's really a thing, but for fun, my wife and I both clearly have longer index fingers than ring fingers.

It's about as scientifically sound as phrenology.

That said, what if your left index finger is shorter and your right is equal length?  What does that make me?  Ok, a bit confused but what else is new?
