... apart from tracheal shave, I never heard of anyone getting coverage for FFS from NHS. But Im not from UK, and I definitely dont know everything.

If I may ask, did you have a negative experience with Dr Altman?

FFS on a young patient usually gives a positive result. A surgeon is really challenged working on an older patient. I had my FFS at age 67.

I wonder if anyone happens to know this girl? She's stunning. Even the ear lobes look different to me. It's a miraculous result. I find it bizarre that I can't spot any resemblance between the before and after photos. The eyes even seem different to me.

Can someone explain what procedures she probably had?  It almost looks too good to be true. Dr Spiegel is extremely talented, I'm leaning towards him or Dr Deschamps-Braly for FFS.

Considering the procedures (nose, forehead, maybe chin? can't tell if any hairline work was done) i think he did i think the result is great but its general and could be achieved by numerous surgeons. Ive seen that pic a number of times, would have liked to see the transition process. I think one could be amazed at anyones results if comparing a pic pre-everything to a pic post-ffs and obvious growth in hair or the use of wigs/extensions. But this is the same doc who did gigi gorgeous' face huh. On his website under FFS results pic 7 out of 20 is also amazing.
