Is there a way to reduce broad shoulders?
I saw a transwoman on facebook Sona Avedian who used to be a big bulky Marine with thick, muscular broad shoulders and neck muscles and now she is this itsy bitsy teeny thing (and very pretty too!) and so petite and her shoulders arent broad anymore.
Mine are a bit broad and I'd like to reduce their profile and broadness.
Any ideas?
You could be absurd, like me, and starve it off (please don't do that), or you could wait for the HRT to hopefully take effect. I'll admit that I started my transition as someone who had somewhat of a fitness model physique, and I did engage in modeling on the side. Now, my shoulders are under 17 inches across...
How this has happened is that I've been transitioning for three years nonstop, haven't worked my arms out in several months, and have taken my t-blockers religiously. I'll also point out that, whenever my testosterone-blocker dosage was a normal Spiro dosage, the muscle relatively fell off of me, notably in the shoulders. However, that may also be a result of having waaaayyy more muscle than was ideal for women, whereas now I'm just built like a ballerina or something (I.e., really toned, but not bulky).
In short, time on hrt, continuous use of t-blockers, and allowing the muscle to atrophy. It can be really physically painful, btw. Good luck.
