Hi all,

Firstly by newish I mean I've been here for about 2 years or so but no activity... sorry 

Anyway I am a MtF, 21, Australian, living in Brisbane by myself and my name is Bernadette(Bernie) I've been on hrt since September last year and loving it, I have yet to tell any of my family about my transition as I am really unsure about them.

My name was picked as I had my Aunt & Brother call me it after referring to me growing my hair out, again who are unaware of the transition...(Jokes on them I guess). And I have two friends at work who know about me and one of them recommended it & loves calling me Bernie. So i guess that's how my name came to be.

So um.. yep. That's a very small piece about me & my name origins.
Wanted to keep this short but I have SO much to say, so maybe another time.

  I'm Laurie, mtf also and doing the HRT thing since December last year and loving it.  LOL we has soooo much in common. There are a few differences... I live in Oregon, USA, am 64, in the process of coming out with only a few more I feel I should tell personally. 
  I an also an ad hock greeter and would like to welcome you to activity here on Susan's Place. ((HUG)) yep I'm also a hugger. I'd invite you in but you should have figured the layout out a long time ago. So I'll just say I'm glad you decided to start sharing yourself with us and I look forward to hearing more from you soon.
