We are all beautiful in our own way - all of us.  But the sound track in that video is pure ugly. 

does anyone know why south korea doesnt do forehead shaving / contouring? Tried inquiring to many cosmetic hospitals in South Korea but all are not doing it except from doing augmentation by just fat grafting

I am sorry, I didn't use the proper words. It isn't exactly a brow bone what sticks out. It's her entire forehead from top to bottom. It doesn't have a brow ridge, it's smooth, even surfaced  and nicely curved, but is very prominent and you can see how it casts a deep shadow between the eyes in the before & after at the beginning of the video. From profile this is disguised with the length of the false eyelashes. This shadow isn't visible in the after though even if the forehead wasn't given any change -this could be the result of a different lighting or some photoshop done to the shadow to give the face a smoother and more feminine appearance overall and make the result overall look better than it actually is. This kind of forehead is what I would call the Zukowski style, which many trans women like I must say. 
She does have what seems to be a hairline scar that you can see at 2:03 and 2:10. I suppose she did get some forehead surgery before somewhere else, the extreme height of her eyebrows is something that mother nature doesn't give.

I think the limitations is in the facial structure you are born with. There's only so much you can change and enhance. That said, the girl in the video while to me at first glance I do think she is a sister, but I can't put my finger on what exactly gave me that impression
