April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Fresh heirloom tomatoes!  With basil, skim ricotta cheese, and a homemade balsamic vinaigrette with a little mustard.  :)  Ahhh!  (For those with me last night, yes, this is the same dish I made for Jenny's party.)

I love fresh produce season, and these tasted so darn good!
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.
Electrolysis - Hours in The Chair: 238 (8.5 were preparing for GCS, five clearings); On estradiol patch June 2016; Full-time Oct 22, 2016; GCS Oct 20, 2017; FFS Aug 28, 2018; Stage 2 labiaplasty revision and BA Feb 26, 2019

Bought a human hair wig today, it's such a difference. I really hope that it will last as long as promised. It's such a great feeling compared to my other wigs.

Afterwards I went to the photographer, so that I can request a new drivers license and ID card in the afternoon today.

If you can find a hairdresser who will help you look after it. They can last for ever and be styled if looked after correctly.

They have been super friendly today.

She styled the wig and told me how to take care. The hairdresser is not around the corner but it's definitely worth it to go there.

My daughter got also a new haircut and is excited about the results. She told me it was the best experience so far.

Almost no Make-up:

Right before the sign-up deadline, I signed up for GISHWHES today. For those who don't know it, it's an international team-based scavenger hunt in August that has prompts ranging from kind and selfless ("Help a senior citizen cross something off their bucket list," "Earn a certification in CPR and show us a photo of you with your certificate") to silly and embarrassing ("commute to work in public transport wearing an outfit made entirely of trash," "While covered entirely in butter, hand out free hugs in public") to absolutely ridiculous ("Spell out the Norwegian word for love using kayaks in a Norwegian fjord," "Ride a camel on the floor of your country's stock exchange").

Nothing quite compares to it, and whenever I think of it I just get a big smile on my face. I can't wait to give it a shot for the first time.

Looks like the eye ointment I MADE the GP prescribe is working. Having had Herpes attacks (that's cold sore) in my right eye before I can tell when its there, he didn't know and wanted to send me to hospital 30 miles away. Told him if it didn't work in 2days I would go but feels a lot better tonight, swollen lid has gone down and not so light sensitive or blood shot.
