Personal question but this one is my biggest fear regarding GRS, but are you able to orgasm post-op?

Everyone says so, Serena. 3 months after is the oft-quoted figure from people posting on here. Like you, I'd think twice if it weren't the case but I don't think you should be too concerned about it judging by the feedback. Apparently it can be incredible because the prostate sits right behind the new clitoris making for a very deep sensation.

Actually this isn't related but I was expecting my orchiectomy to wipe out my libido. It's done nothing of the sort  :P :o

I've read that some post-op lose sensation. I first thought about going to Thailand for GRS after reading "Redefining Realness" by Janet Mock and it's affordability. If I can just get reviews of girls who went to Thailand for theirs saying they are still able to have sensation then I'm 100% sold.  ::)

There were 3 girls having their srs in Bangkok at around the same time as mine. We got to know each other well and to this day we communicate regularly. ALL of us had orgasmn after 3 months.
When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.

Thank you so much for the detailed information on your procedures.  Reading about your experiences and results give me more confidence that my age (same as yours) is not an obstacle.

I forgot to ask..........Did you complete this in Thailand all on your own or did you have support aside from PAI staff (friend, companion, etc.)?

Hi Trish, I know this thread and that question was ref. Warlockmaker but I've referred to your same question just now here: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,212657.new.html#new

Hi Trish...I had my assistant keep me company and she was always there for me. Not knowing how I would recover and if I would have pain I thought I should have someone around. I decided not to have a family member.... I didn't want to have any drama which tends to happen with family constantly present.

I need to read her book. I never knew she went to Thailand for her surgery. Did she mention her doctor ?

Dear Warlockmaker

Im really happy that your surgery went off well. Hope you are all healed and enjoying the life you always wanted.

May I please know about the following?

1. Depth
2. Sensitivity - Orgasm?
3. Aesthetics - hair issue, especially inside vagina?

I look forward to your reply. If possible, please share your email address. Thank you very much!

Depth: 6.5 Inches (16.51cm)
Sensate: Yes very
Aesthetics: Beautiful. Some hair just inside vaginal opening but I pluck it. If it is a concern, you should have electro or laser done on the section from the base of the penis to the anus prior to surgery, especially if you have extensive hair in that region. This applies to all doctors.

Since srs my life has been all I imagined and more. Each day brings new wonders.
My depth is 6ins, clitoral and vaginal orgasms outstanding, aesthetics perfect. Removed the hairs at the entrance with laser post op. Just thrilled to live my second life in one lifetime.

Hi Warlock maker thx so much for all your info. Im starting to realize that the expense of US Dr's is not in the picture. Consults with Dr Spiegel have proven upwards OF 85K US and with exchange rates it pushes over 120k

From what I have read the Surgeons at PAI seem to be just as qualified as US Dr's. I have always been a bit concerned about the quality of care and what if something goes wrong under anaesthetic? Im 57 so its a very small concern but still warrants thought. Other things are hospital cleanliness and after care.

You have put my mind at ease somewhat and will start to move forward with consults. Will have to check and see if they can do Skype now. Im afraid Im in western Canada so a visit before hand is not an option.

Warlock maker I hope you don't mind a PM or two. Would like to find out more detailed info from you.

Once again great info and Im so Happy for you and the results achieved.

I was a bit overweight and so they were concerned about me being under anesthesia too long, but i had no issues.

Hi, @warlockmaker.
I am thinking of having FFS in Thailand.
Probably need hairline lowering, chin filling and jaw shaving.
Do you have any recommendation?
Some friends mentioned Kamol. Is he good?
