A woman after my own heart.  After the Doctors cleared me to eat whatever I wanted, after I had my stent placed, I went out for pizza too.  I'm still only allowed pizza once a month though.

Another full clearance on my top lip...losing track how many that's been but my Electrologist studied my face after todays session trying to work out where she needs to work next and she finally settled on the only area's that after a week show a few hairs...She said..."You know what...we have definitely turned a corner for the home stretch now"

I just had a two hour session Monday, and was basically cleared *EVERYWHERE*.  [emoji1]

It's definitely a great feeling, after all these hours In The Chair, to be on the home stretch.

Ah, but today I am baking.  All sorts of goodies are coming out of the oven.  Delicata squash! (Halve, clean out seeds, slice in 1/4" pieces.  Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper.  Bake 20 minutes at 400ºF, tossing halfway through.)


Best of all though are my brownies.  I love scraping the batter into the pan, and then getting the last tiny bit on a spoon, to take a taste.

Met my new doctor today.  She said that the VA would do facial hair removal, under dermatology.

  That is interesting. I'd be interesting  what diagnosis or coding they would be using and it it not covered under transgender issues.

I didn't ask.  When I get to my first appointment, I will ask how it was coded.  When I first started transitioning, I was told that the VA doesn't do hair removal, it may have changed recently, though.

I believe that my doctor is a transwoman as well.  She might know ways around the system.

   I an sure she's utilizing a way around the system. I'm sure nothing has change recently and if it does it will not be good for us under this administration. It will be along the lines of what they are trying to do with active duty trans troops and under the same lame "cost cutting" excuses.

Sometimes bedhead looks sexy, but not on me Mine just sticks out all over the place, it takes a lot of wetting and straightening to fix it. That's one thing I didn't miss when I had long hair, lol.

They're starting to get my  pronouns right at work.

I am going to get more hours now.  One of my former subordinates walked out on my replacement, so I get some of his hours.

Hi girls 🙋 I'm happy that my wife told me that estrogen is having a positive effect on me and that she showed support for me in my endeavors.  Just knowing that is with me on this is wonderful.

I shaved my face for the first time today! I barely had any facial hair and to others it wasn't visible unless they were up close but it was bothering me, and now I can say I shave my face!

I went and got my nails done tonight!!!
