Quote from: The Flying Lemur on October 13, 2017, 12:23:04 AMHave you considered Dialectical Behavior Therapy? (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dialectical_behavior_therapy) It was designed for people with borderline personality disorder in mind. My sister did it and she said it helped her a lot. Sorry if that's already been mentioned!
Quote from: Saira128 on October 13, 2017, 12:47:24 AM I had an appointment with a psychiatrist yesterday, and this (Borderline Personality Disorder) was his diagnosis. I didn't even know something like this existed. After coming home, I read about borderline personality disorder on the internet, and I found out that many of the symptoms written, matched with what I experienced.
