I just had my 4-month blood test (daily T gel), and it showed my T to be in the very low normal or just below normal (I've seen several variations on what range is normal) level for men. My doc is okay with this. I'm not sure. I'm seeing changes, body hair, bottom growth, and a little bit of voice change (mostly sounds like my original voice, but hoarse, mostly because my throat is constantly full of phlem), but is it the best, most efficient level for me?
I know too high does no good, and too low slows physical changes. But I'm not sure how high or how low those levels of concern are. Should I be asking about raising my dose?
