I've found a ton of information about phallo and meta, including what exactly is done, donor sites, etc. Meta is my clear choice unless they come up with an entirely new method for phallo. However, I'm now researching more about scrotoplasty.

I've done a lot of internet research, and while there's even animated videos on the other bottom surgeries, there isn't much that I can find about the process for scrotoplasty. Just a few words about it, mostly involving placement of the prosthetic nuts. I know there are at least two methods, and I'd like to know more about it; the nitty gritty details about where the cuts happen, and what happens to various parts along the way.

Any reference materials/links would be appreciated.

I'm interested in this as well.  Do you have the links you've found for scrotoplasty as well as any for meta?  I haven't started my research yet, they are both a bit down the line for me.  I need my top surgery first.  Thanks!

Oddly enough, for me, bottom surgery is my priority. Top surgery is still up in the air.

Cailan that diagram you placed in your edit seems partially correct, although not in all cases. If this diagram were for scrotoplasty in tandem with phalloplasty (in the case of clitorial burial), it fails to display the clitoral hood of the typically T-enlarged clitoris, which is also sewn into the scrotum when available, as Dr. Chen did with mine. I suspect this is because this site appears to be for metoidioplasty, which would not incorporate the clitoral hood, but I think it's an important aspect to mention. I think the use of the hood gives a nice aesthetic to the scrotum, and I suspect it would allow for a slightly larger and lower-hanging scrotum than if not used, since there is more tissue to work with.
