Type "google scholar" into your search bar, and use the version of google that comes up to search for real, peer reviewed, articles on any subject. It's a wonderful resource.
That isn't meant to sound snarky, I just think giving someone a research tool is more helpful than handing them a document

My comment regarding drinking juice making no sense to loose weight is based on idea that, a glass of 100% ruby grapefruit juice contains just over 3 teaspoons of sugar (around 18 calories per 250ml) suspended in what basically amounts to water. You wouldn't add sugar to water if you were trying to maintain a caloric deficit (ie, spending more energy per day than you take in, in order to burn fat/ stored energy) So, just save the calories and drink water, it's better for your teeth too
