Hello All,

I had my Sigmoid colon vaginoplasty from PAI, Bangkok in December 2008. Wow! Been almost 9 years. I just have never spoken of this issue before. But have you, other sigmoid coloners experienced regular Vaginal contractions, I have been experiencing regular contractions or clenchings all these years on a daily basis.

I stopped Dilation after 3 months of surgery my starting depth was 6.25 inches but now its 5 inches and I'm happy with that. Being an Indian we have the habit of washing after every pee and poop, so "touch wood" have never had any infections or any other complications all these years. But this is the only thing that happens to me on a regular basis.

Every Night after I finish peeing and I wash with toilet shower hose and use my index finger to lightly clean the internal regions with running water. And that has sufficed. I don't touch or overdo it because as I said it overstimulates and then i have to bear with the periodical clenchings for 45 mins to about an hour which is quite uncomfortable. If I slip my finger in about 1.5 inches of the vaginal entrance just clenches it. Normally it goes in nicely in a very relaxed manner. The clenchings radiate from the inside towards the outside right up to the vaginal entrance.

Because of this issue, I don't douche or deep clean so once a fortnight when the clenchings are going on, it automatically pushes out a small lump of old Intestinal mucus from the deep vagina. This has a bad odour.
Hence I'm planning on douching and Dilating with some minimal width Dilator on a regular basis so that the mucus is cleaned often. Hence even more worried about the clenchings. What I don't understand it is this some deep tissue muscle reflex or is it the intestinal wall used to line the neo-vagina acting up like it would move food while being a part of the intestine. Because I thought it would be impossible for the Intestinal nerves to be working once its cut off and used somewhere else.

Hence I would like to know if anyone else is going through the same thing?
