Natalie it comes down to talking with a health professional usually. A therapist, psychologist, or someone in that field. Depending on your age you may have to talk to parents as well. You can also tell your primary care provider and they can refer you to someone. You want the assurance that everything is going okay and have regular check ups. So don't try to do it on your own. Good luck and grab a chair and get comfortable we are a great bunch!!!!

A whole hour, huh?
