I have no issues doing shots personally but I have found that putting ice on your injection site before you do the injection numbs it and you literally only feel the pinch. Just a heads up!

I take medical shots once a week for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I pinch my skin where I take the shot. It helps too. Some
Times I still feel the needle but it is not bad.

Maybe ice and pinching will do the thing painless.

good tip. i never actually feel anything when i do my shot. it doesn't even feel like a pinch, it's just..nothing. if i ever get anxious about my shot though it's just the idea of literally stabbing myself that makes me anxious. i just listen to music though and do it.
