This is how I am currently looking, just me au-naturel, nothing done etc

Not remarkably feminine or masculine

It kinda worries me since I want a more feminine face. There is a chance I might get partial treatment: HRT but once again an appointment has been resheduled

Im kinda unsure of my looks and what hormones might do..so what do you think?

Yes, I can agree that your face is not remarkably masculine. But what do you mean, not remarkably feminine? Of course, the full picture (so to speak) cannot be seen from just one shot, and your profile might give a different impression. Still, if this is you pre-HRT, I don't think you should worry.

I think your face looks very feminine and soft.  Hormones will soften things up a bit more, but only slightly.
