As a DES baby, I have always had small feet. I take a size 7 - womens size 9-EU41. What about you.

I am very fortunate... as my previous diminutive male self I wore a size 7 or 7½ in mens shoes.  Today as a transitioned full time woman I mostly wear a size 8½ in womens shoes.  At that size it is easy to find all the stylish womens shoes.

Mens 8, womens 10 EU 42,
I recently got my first pair of heels, black with thin straps - I love them!  But my usuals are flats, a cute pair of mary janes which fit perfectly.

I wear women's size 10 and men's size 10. It was a bit of a pleasant surprise!

I'm a men's 10, women's 11, metric 43.

I have found some adequate shoes at Payless, and ordered some from Long Tall Sally and MooShoes.  Found a nice pair of winter boots at the local discount/second hand store.

Size 13 in women's so I'm stuck with Payless for off the rack, which is usually pretty empty in 13.

Some of the 12 wide at payless will fit also and I've ordered on line from them.

Men's it was anywhere from 11 to 13 depending on brand and width. Mostly 12.5 or 13.

Struggled with this for years . I wear a uk 8 male but uk 8 female was too small and a uk 9 female too big. I recently realised that what I need is a uk 8 female but in wide fit

size 11 in womens.  Which is pretty standard for my height amongst my cis friends.

I was size 10 men's.  Since starting hrt and losing weight I'm size 10 ladies, 9.5 if I can find it.  The main shrinkage I have is my feet are thinner.  I still have freakishly long toes, and fingers for that matter.  I can sometimes find the shoes I want in stores.  Most of my favorites stop at size 9.

I took a 8.5 to 9 shoe prior and now am 9.5 to 10 depending on style. The narrower the to the larger the size.

I do not appreciate the fact that I have such big feet.  I used to wear a size 13 in mens.  But since losing 160 pounds, I now wear a size 12 in mens which should equate to a size 14 in womens, but actually a size 13 in womens seems to fit me really good, while even size 12 in womens is doable.

But still......there are not a lot of stylish womens shoes out there in size 13 that are very easy to find.  There are some online, but then I don't get to try them on first.

@ LaRell:  I hear you and understand your predicament...  large sizes in womens shoes do indeed limit severely your shoe style choices... getting into a size 12 womens, if you can in some styles, is really a big help, some stores will carry some nice choices in that size....  otherwise it is best to get used to online or catalog mail-ordering.
The good news is that when I was well into my HRT my hands, my arms, my torso and my feet did shrink quite a bit... my shoe size went down by a half size to a full size... so there is hope!!!!  :)

Well that would be awesome!!!  Yes, the cuttoff for so many of the shoes I see even online that I really think are cute, tends to be size 11 so often.   Just one size too small.  Well, even the 12 sometimes my big toe is right up against the inside, so I can wear them for a couple hours at a time, but then my feet start hurting.  So for now 13 is the only decent long term option for me.  And those are kind of hard to find. ha ha.

I've found shoe size does not follow the 2 sizes up rule at all personally. I wear about a 10 in both.

@ roll:  I also have found some womens shoes that fit me that are the same size as both mens and womens....  shoe sizes like clothing sizes are a big variable.

According to the owner of a shoe store that I frequent, the conversion that he uses from mens to womens sizes is up for womens.
Obviously, as we all are aware, sizes can vary wildly among the different styles... and mens shoes tend to be wider than womens.   Trying them on is what is required but for mail-order/online find a place that has a good return policy.... and as I mentioned in my earlier post, as we trans-girls get well into our HRT our feet can shrink... for me it was at least ½ size smaller.

It varies by brand of course but these days a US 11 C or D usually fits. Before starting hormones I wore an 11EEE but the width of my foot has decreased since starting HRT. Yay!
