Hello ladies, since I started HRT I noticed that my feet became rough and dry and my heels are really cracked. I guess this is more of a girl thing, since I am barefoot all the time and I wear sandals and flip flops a lot. I wonder if this is a result from estrogen as it makes your skin more gentle, is any of you having such issue?

It's the same with me.  I don't think it's HRT though because I had the same problem before HRT.  I keep it pretty much under control by rasping it off in the shower every once in a while and grinding it with this battery powered circular stone I got.

I go barefoot most of the time and when I do wear shoes it's normally either flip flops or a pair of super minimalist sandals I have for running.  Keeping my feet out of shoes helps to minimize the issue.

Aha!!!  ;)

I use stuff called Dermal Therapy.  It's intended for diabetics, but one of the women doing a pedicure on me recommended it.

BTW, have you gone for a pedicure?  Removing callouses is part of the process.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Started HRT April 17, 2019.

I have also tried pedicures but the results are short term and after a few days my heels are cracked again. I use pumice stone but I have to do it every day if I want to keep them smooth. Overall, it's not something that is bothering me that much, I was curious if others have this issue as well. If you want you post pictures pre-pedicure and after pedicure to see the results. I will post some soon.
