Follow up to the start of HRT
April 17, 2018, 09:33:15 PM
DD started HRT 4 weeks ago and we head in for her first follow-up appointment tomorrow. Is it typical for Drs to increase dosage at this point, or should she expect both E and S to remain at the same dosage for a while? Thanks.

I think there's far too many variables to predict. Baseline test results, health history, age, transition goals, many things impact a doctor's decision on when and how much to ramp up HRT.
