Is "airing it out" good for healing? Right now I'm usually keeping undies and a pad on it, but like I said in a previous post, I have an separation which doesn't seem to want to close on it's own.
Curious to find out.

Hello!
My doctor suggested airing it out as much as possible, they said dry=healing
I would probably contact the surgeon though to double check

Air time is important! I had surgery over a year ago and I was told to air as much as possible. Too much moisture can be the enemy of healing. Actually, the nurses said that I should sleep in the nude if I could. All the Best!
