Hi Lexi;
Three tips I suggest are:
1. Go to your local shopping mall - take a notepad or iPad, find a suitable seat in the centre of the mall and then just watch all the women as they walk past, browse the shops etc. Look at how they mov, sit, watch their hand gestures, how they stand when talking with another woman etc
2. Join a womens only group of some sort. I have joined a couple of such groups and it has helped me enormously.
3. Find a BFF and get them to go out with you and ask them to correct you when you do something wrong. When I first transitioned, I had two BFF that "took me in hand" so as to speak and kept on reminding me to do stuff, like crossing my legs, brushing skirts and dresses forward when sitting down etc. Obviously these days you can learn a lot from watching You Tube, but I think going to the shopping mall is the best idea.
