My Perception and how i view the world and how other's perceive me has undergone a Drastic Change. With extension in my hair, started electrolysis and my legal name change. All in the last three weeks.  I'm walking around in a daze

I have been getting Ma'amed more. People have been opening and holding doors for me. Today when i was in a store a guy said "make way for this young lady please."  That floored me. He must of saw my mouth drop. ( i think)

So things are changing. My emotions are running from lauging, awe, and crying.

I find that when i just ignore everything around me and not pay to much attention to other's reactions. I'm OK

Just having long hair for the first time in my life makes how i do things different. Like not burning your hair with a Flat Iron. What to do when your hair get wet from the rain. ETC ETC.

I was in a hold patten from December 07 till March. Giggles, bored with anticipation. Now I'm learning to be in this new life with a new look. Plus the fact now the other's can see the change in me.

I'm definetly going to be calling my GG friends and hanging out with them.

I need a Hug!!!

Hi Robin_p  I have seen you one and off here and there on this board and here you are my friend you have just discovered the delights of being a lady. It's like a new adventure in a completely different world where you will awaken and feel,  see and experience the world through a different light and perspective.

Now i understand why the wish to turn into a Girl overnight is not a Good idea. It is too much..

Even though i am uncomfortable. I'm not crawling out of my skin.

"Well now." I believe we have us a very pretty girl in the making. Of course it is going to feel uncomfortable at least until you become comfortable with the new you. I is like a metamorphosis and even those takes time for the caterpillar to transform and emerge from the chrysalis as a beautiful butterfly.

For myself I love the feelings, emotions, insights from the heightened awareness, like looking at the world from a totally different perspective. So yes it can get scary and awkward at first until you become the new you. I do not know how long you been transiting but I only just expressed my thoughts and feelings I experienced in my early and later transitioning.

Went to to my Convention this weekend as me. Was able to meet and greet half if not more of the people. By the end of the Convention Most people were calling me "Miss Robin". That is an awesome feeling.

I had several conversation with some curious people. the funniest thing that i heard from someone. So how do i treat you? i told them "As a girl, hon... I'm a girl.

When people mess up with the pronoun i made sure to correct them in front of other's. They were very apologetic. They assured me they will try harder next time and please give them time. I told them i will give them time but, will correct them everytime they slip. Some did not like that giggles.

It helps to have a Driver License with your name on it. I was popping that out of my pocket book every chance i got. seeing that i just got it that friday morning.

Still was scared using the female bathroom. It is getting easier. I'm ducking in and ducking out. I went to the bathroom during one of the meeting. and when i came out the stall this girl was there. I was to scared to look up. I wash my hands and then proceeded to walk back to my seat. She followed me. I almost died. (My Mind). She was Seated two row up and to the left of me.

Saturday night i worn my Sweater Dress and spoke From the podium for three Minutes. That was awesome because i was able to announce to 800 plus people that my name is "Robin Kem P".

















well blah blah blah.. I got a cold from my adventure. Wow I'm glad that i am sober. I have the capacity now to have the memories in my head and to remember them without a camera or someone telling me about it.  WOW
