I don't have experience with any of the surgeons you mentioned, however I have a comment about your statement regarding post surgery sagging skin; if you have aggressive bone work done sagging skin after surgery may happen, because pre op there was more bone filling out the skin, and when a good amount is removed the skin will sag; however if you are young enough there may be enough elasticity in your skin for it to redrape itself firmly against the jaw and chin again overtime, but if it doesn't you will require a facelift, and a lot of surgeons do not advise doing a facelift at the same time, because of the post op swelling, which would negate the effects of the facelift, because when the post op swelling dissipates you could still have loose skin, which may require another facelift to correct.
