One surgery down, one more to go in the Liddell Family. My fiancé had her surgery just Wednesday. I took the day off work for that. I was a complete mess with a lot of jealousy. There was definitely some resentment in there. But it was also a "I have to go back to work Thursday and couldn't be with her in the hospital"
My co worker saw how distraught I was and my boss asked me "So are you coming to work tomorrow?" (Meaning Friday). I asked "would you hold it against me if I ask for it off?"  Her exact words were "I AM HOLDING IT AGAINST YOU!!!! YOU SHOULDNT HAVE EVEN COME TO WORK TODAY! YOU SHOULD BE WITH YOUR FIANCÉ!"

She's been super supportive! I love her for it. She's always been asking how she is, and asking for updates, and wishing her luck.
And she's super supportive of MY surgery upcoming (assuming kaiser doesn't cancel it AGAIN). But yeah everything's been great.
My fiancé is home, she's happy, BUT! She's in a lot of pain. That's to be expected. I'm so happy for my Queen
