I am about to start a job, and right now I'm on HRT. Do I need to tell my boss that I'm transgender at the very least even though right now I still present as male? I am close to about a month in on hrt... and this job is a seasonal job that should only last through December.

If you are not planning on presenting as female before the end of the job, there is no reason your boss needs to know.
2015-07-04 Awakening; 2015-11-15 Out to self; 2016-06-22 Out to wife; 2016-10-27 First time presenting in public; 2017-01-20 Started HRT!!; 2017-04-20 Out publicly; 2017-07-10 Legal name change; 2019-02-15 Approval for GRS; 2019-08-02 Official gender change; 2020-03-11 GRS; 2020-09-17 New birth certificate

I agree, why would you want to put that stress on yourself. There will be no outward changes by the time you leave that job and if it turns into something with more of future then you will have time to build a strong foundation of trust that you are reliable and not just a gender label. So many people just don't get it. Why make it harder on yourself? Love and faith.

I totally agree with the previous comments by @KathyLauren and @Gabrielle66....  You do not need to put that stress on yourself and since it is a temporary job that only lasts through December, there would be no need to inform your boss of your HRT transitioning status.

Any body changes by the end of December will not be outwardly noticeable by then and if your breasts start to grow a little due to the HRT then loose clothing and heavier shirts should solve that problem.... and it is winter time by then so that should work well for you.

Wishing you well,
Danielle

Thank you for the replies and the advice. I will not say anything and see what happens after December. Basically, should I get rehired at that point, I will have to resubmit another application, so, I'll just put it on that one.
