Hi Lori 🙋‍♀️ Welcome to Susan's Place!  I'm Jessica.
I consider Faith as a friend of mine, so it is very nice to meet you!
You wonder what you are here for?  Hopefully you can find the support that significant others need also.  This is a tough path for all those involved.  Family is a crucial element that needs help to in these trying times.  There is a SO (significant others) area that other members have posted advice.  Please feel free to visit it or anywhere else here on the site.
Since you are new here, so I'll post some links that may help you get better acquainted with the site. Pay attention to the site rules they can be of great help and don't forget the link highlighted red.  It has answers to questions that are commonly asked.  Then join in on a topic you find interesting and learn and share.

Things that you should read

Hi Lori, welcome from me too. I'm an SO and have 'talked' to Faith too. If you ever want to talk to me, do reach out. I absolutely understand what a difficult path this is for us SOs, as well as for our partners.

Hi Lori! I've herd so many nice things about you from Faith. I'm so glad you joined Susan's. Faith is quite the character and sometimes quite the instigator too. But we all love her and I'm sure everyone will love you too. It is wonderful to here from both sides. I do wish my ex and I could have worked thing out for the better but it just wasn't in the stars.

Welcome Lori!

 Hi Lori,

Welcome Lori. What are you doing here? Why you are here to support Faith and to support other spouses of transgender people like yourself. I also hope you are here for yourself and will avail yourself of the support you may need yourself, from us and more importantly from the other significant others on here.
I was very much impressed with you when I came and took advantage of your hospitality. I very much enjoyed our talks we shared. I suspect there have been many changes and challenges since we met, but I am sure that you have done all you could to weather them and help Faith with the issues she and you have encountered.
I and everyone else that reads Faith's post know how supporting and loving you are. I applaud you for that Lori. I look forward to when we can visit again.

Hugs,
  Laurie

Thanks for the welcome.

Not sure how to reply, as this is out of the normal for me. Just that I want you each and everyone to know how grateful I am for the friendship and support you have given to Faith. Hopefully replies become easier as I get to know everyone. For now all i can say is thanks.

It is a big adjustment for both of us but we are getting better.
I sincerely hope we see each other again.

I want to reply to each and everyone of you, but am finding myself a little confused. Again thanks to all. Lori.

@DiLoris
Dear Lori:
I am so glad that you mustered the courage to come here and to see what kinds of people that your SO Faith hangs around with on the Forums.
It is also good that you have Faith at your side to assist you in navigating around the site if you need help with posting threads, comments, repliess and other functions here.

We all love @Faith and we have been here to support her, and now that you have arrived, we can also to support you when you share any of your thoughts with us.  You can also share your thoughts with other SOs as you find them and they find you.

The good news is that there are a lot of Significant Others here and spouses of transitioners so you will find all kinds of information and answers to many of your questions and concerns.
There is a special area of the Forums just for SOs where you can find more topics that may interest you.
            https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,26.0.html

Thank you again for coming here to find out what Faith has been up to.
Hugs and well wishes to both you and Faith.
Danielle

Welcome, Lori!  Thank you for your support of my friend Faith.

I have great admiration for spouses who stick with their transitioning partners and are willing to work through the issues that come up.  My own wife is one of those supportive spouses, so I know just how valuable that support is.

Welcome, Lori.
I am so happy that we who follow Faith are getting to meet the lady we have heard so much about for ourselves.

Whenever she mentions you, her notes exude her unconditional love for you and often tells us how show yours for her. I think I will soon love you as well.

Thank-you Susan. As you see I am not on very often. It has been very interesting to watch Faith going through her changes. Difficult, but interesting none the same. I do love her, but i miss the man just as much. Hopefully her changes will help her be the best person she can be. Again thanks for the kind welcome.

Hi Lori,

Sorry for being so slow to welcome you to Susan's. I guess better late than never. Welcome to Susan's! I'm sure by now, through Faith, you know how great this little community is. There is a constant stream of support, a wealth of information and lots of fun too. I have personally made some very good friends on this site. Faith is one of those friends. Thank you for loving and supporting her the way that you do. The way she talks about you is so clear that you two truly love each other and will always be there for one another.

As others have mentioned, there is an SO section in this forum. There may be times where you need some support from other SO's or perhaps you could be the one who is offering the support. You have recently posted in my own personal thread where you are most welcome.

I'm happy to see you here at Susan's. I hope to see more of your posts and get to know you better.

Hugs,
Jayne
