Hey, so I've been on hormones almost four months.

My dosage of estrogen meds was increased at the beginning of this month and I could definitely feel the pain in/on my chest.
My problem is that the pain stopped partway through the month and my breasts are very small, like almost non-existent. I'm not complaining too much because what is there has made me feel pretty good about myself but the end of this month (and the end of my fourth month) is coming up and my dose is going to be increased again.

Will the pain return and my breasts continue growing or did I do something wrong? Should I have called my doctor about it? I'm worried that this is it.

It's taking some time for your body changing so be patience with your transition.

Thank you Meghan! I was given that exact chart from planned parenthood when I started. I guess I was just getting a bit paranoid. I've been so patient until now! [emoji23] Thank you for bringing me back down to earth.

I have been on HRT for 4 years now and occasionally I still get sore breasts. It does not happen often and it only lasts for an hour or so, but it still hurts a little.

Breast growth comes in spurts.  I am coming up on two years on HRT, and I have been having a growth spurt for the last couple of months.

My growth spurts do not result in an increase in my bust measurement.  I was 39.5" before I started, and I am still 39.5", so any outward growth of breast tissue has been matched by loss of muscle and fat.  But I do feel the breast tissue growing wider and more solid.  For a long time, I didn't quite fill an A cup.  Now, I fill it.  (Yay!!)  Given the genetics on both sides of my family, I don't have much hope of reaching a B.

But I am happy because they are mine, they are real, and they are as cute as the dickens!
