I had to install an outside television with wall plugs, mount bolts and run the cables. Also I had to shovel 2 tons of garden soil.

Ironically after that my wife said go get me a beer. I said she was a fascist and a chauvinist but I got the beer anyway.

Next maybe I should knit her a sweater.!

As a child prayed to be a girl- now the prayer is being answered - 40 years later !

There should be an opposite version of this thread for us men.  I hate having to do traditionally "feminine" things, but sometimes, they need to be done.

You should make one.

I'm going to do it!  :)  Give me a few, and I'll link it here in case anyone wants to read it.

Edit: Done!  How (NOT) Boyish Were You This Week?

Changed those spark plugs finally. Was going to watch football but missed the game of interest.

Hmm, let me see.

I wore boxers two days in a row. I watched three NFL football games. I played Assassin's Creed Origins for about eight hours or so. I did some clean up in the yard. Not that you need to be masculine to do any of those things but hey that's about it. Oh I did help my parent's setup and used Directv Now, since that fails into the electronics category.

The rest of my time would be something like Alice. I watch so many makeup videos on YouTube now. I should be an expert but I haven't even used it yet. I just don't want to look like a harlot the first time out, lol.

I do find it fascinating that most of us think of maintenance and building are masculine activities. Does barbecuing on a smoker count at masculine? If so, then that has to be my most frequented masculine activity of all. Love and faith.

It's not. I thought at one time it was,but this thread is kind of about normalizing it. I want to newcomers to realize we are not stereotypical. All genders are capable of doing whatever they please.Society might disagree, but hey at least we are real at the end of the day.

ah ha... I went to my trans group wearing a man's suit with shirt and tie... lol... not through choice, it was just that I had job interview about an hour before the meet. Still... first 'manly' thing I've done in the last couple of weeks.  :P
