Can anything yet be done to alter my pelvic bone so I have female hips?

Is it yet possible for me to have female hips? Like someway to have my pelvic bone altered or repositioned to give me female hips? Or at the very least have the upper ends of my femur (thighbones) come out more so i have those hips without fat distribution which doesn't do all that much? It would mean a whole lot to me.
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

If you are young enough, estrogen may do something to those bones.  But once you are an adult, all parts are fused together, and modifications can be done only with surgical intervention.
Estrogen will help to distribute the fat a little different, and more of it will go to your butt area and your breasts.

I recall someone's doctor was surprised that she developed female hips with just HRT.

I didn't want a fat distribution solution, though it does bother me that the sides of my butt are concaved when standing, but I wanted for there to be someway for my upper femur bones to stick out more! Also, I don't think hormones can do anything or my pelvic bone given that i'm in my late 20s.

How could a bone be altered without surgery? Is this a prank question?

Is this a prank response? I didn't say I did not want a surgical intervention. I stated as clear as day I wanted my femur bones to stick out more and not just have fat grafted to my hips. If you even bothered to fully read my responses and/or pay attention this would've been clear to you.  >:(

I am unaware of any surgery performed that would accomplish that. There was a post on hip bone implants to increase hip width, where they'd screw a hard implant onto the bone... but nothing with the pelvis. Perhaps if you had to have hip replacement, then a surgeon may accommodate something with the femur. However, anything with the hip is going to cause a lot of complications. Surgically altering your gate would also be difficult to justify to a surgeon.

OUCH ! :( Do YOU read at all? Shape without fat redistribution or surgery usually entails some kind of women's corset or body shaper, which can do wonders while waiting patiently for natural hrt, and dieting/exercise, to do their work. Mine has padding on hips while controlling old-age tummy bulge and got it in black so, if in 'male-fail mode' and any asks or notices, it's a 'back support' ;).

Gee, avail cheap on ebay (free shipping)  in variety designs/colors, cis women use 'em too!

There is a surgery  that can be done to the mons pubis, but this part of the female body is fatty tissue anyway.  The modification will be adding fat to this area to give it a female appearance.  But again, it also requires surgery!

I actually bought a corset/waist trainer a few years ago. It was only $20 and I got it off this site I don't remember now. I don't even use it anymore for the three reasons that i already have an hourglass-type figure thanks to my HRT, rendering the waist trainer to have been a waste of $20 :( ; while my belly doesn't have as much fat or roundness I want it to have, I don't want to lose the little bit of belly fat I do have; and obviously it does nothing to tilt my pelvic bone to a female position.

Contrary to what I originally MISTAKINGLY said in the OP, I'm willing to have surgery on my pelvic bone if that's what it takes, and i'm sure it most-likely will. Also, I'm glad you brought that part up, regarding the mons pubis. I want to add fat there also.

You have to be aware of the fact that any surgical modification to your skeleton or adding implants, is major surgery with rather longish recovery times, and an associated risk of wound infections.  Fatty tissue has very poor blood supply, and thus heals not very well and presents an increased risk of wound infections!
Any surgeon who tells you different, is not telling you the truth, and one of my peers would be needed to rescue what can be rescued if major infections show up!

Only way would be to break your pevics bone and reposition it to heal a different way. But no doctor would ethicaly do it cause there are so many complications that could happen. I got lucky starting hrt at 17 I got wide girl hips. But trust me it feel like some littlerly rips you pelvics In half and will cause the nastiest strech marks on you stomach and hips that will not go away with any amount of coco butter. I am planning on getting my scar like strech marks tattooed over.

I remember I cried for a straight week when they started spreading cause it was so painful. Lucky my manager at the time saw how much pain I was in and let me stay home the whole week.
I rather not

And yet, i'm so jealous and would willingly suffer any amount of pain to have female hips and to have started HRT'ing at 17 or younger so you ought to be grateful you have them.

I think those things are depending on the point you look at it from.

I always had a rather feminin body, never developed anybody hair, no Adams Apple, etc.  For me, who was told that I am a boy, this was a lot of reasons fr all kind of dysphoria, because I never could keep up with my peers, and never could look like them.  I always was a kind of a wannabe! Almost like a girl trying to be a boy, but never could be a real boy!

Now, that I am allowed to be a woman, those attributes are of advantage to me.  I am growing my own breasts (no estrogen needed for those), I have no body hair, no receding hair line or other loss of hair, still no Adams Apple and a rather high frequency voice, I don't need any facial surgery (my avatar shows my unaltered head), no nose job, nothing, what causes a lot of dysphoria to other trans women.
But I have no real gender identity, I did not know what gender I really was when I was young, I just was told that I am a boy, and I tried to be one (I now know that I never was one), but I still don't have a clear gender identity!  I have to decide every morning what gender I am supposed to be for the day.  Either gender does not give me any dysphoria, I am just plain empty for any gender feeling.  I lately tending to heavily lean to the female side, because I like my female roll way better than I liked my male roll, but my brain has no clear road-map of what I am.  This determination what many trans women have, which makes them know by 100% to be a woman, is missing for me.  I just know for 100% hat I don't want to be, and that is to continue my life to not to know what or who I am!

As I said, it is not always that easy to have features others envy one for, because these features can be a pretty heavy personal burden!
