OMG Yes, I want a daughter. I so wish I could have children of my own. Actually this is the one thing that bothers me more than anything else about being transgender. Not being able to bare children makes me feel like less of a woman.

Complete mental control over all aspects of the self.

Kylo, now that would be something. I believe that that is the biggest battle for us. And if we could fully control our minds all else would fall away in comparison.

So that gets my vote as well.
I'm a gender confused guy who lives an hour north of Seattle.
I believe that I was influenced by DES. I have crossdressed in public a handful of times, see avatar picture (enhanced with FaceApp).
I don't plan on transitioning, no GRS, FFS, nor BA.
I consider myself TransFeminine. But reserve the right to change my mind at any time.  ;D

One thing or a matched set of one thing?

The one thing that I want is bear my own child.  The matched set would be to fall in love with man of my dreams, to get married, and then build a Family the old fashioned way.
This, this, a zillion times this. (Although to be honest I'm not so big on the "man" part.) But yeah, "a completely female body and bearing children" would be at the top of the list.

I do understand this feeling and I can say apparently according to everybody else I do know what it's like to actually give birth however my actually giving birth is 5 times and while it was the pain of giving birth it was not actually giving birth it was kidney stones which from what I've read and felt is comparable to giving birth and some even say worse

I had to Google that Rachel to see what it was......  :-)

And sorry, but I can't stand macaroni cheese

So for me has to be going back in time and being born as cisgirl or at least going back to have an important conversation with my teenage self.
It isn't hard at all to make a wish. The difficultly lies in how to make what you wish for a reality

We need to form a three wishes club that we all agree that whomever is blessed with three wishes, that one will be to grant that wish for all of us.  Sort of like when people group together to purchase lottery tickets.   At the least, I think we all needed a stern talk to from our future selves when we were young.   ;)

lol "Having kids" is the easy part, if young and single state of Georgia even picks up all the "9 month" expenses, but it's "the parenting" for the next 20 that's the real challenge, not all are cut out for it! I 'ave two kids, three grands . . . and a female Husky named "Oreo"!

Is yours a handsome male? We have one around the corner but, alas, no pups yet!
"But it's no use now," thought poor Alice, "to pretend be two people!
"Why, there's hardly enough of me left to make one respectable person!"

To be a  "normal". If it could be as a guy that'd be best for the people in my life. If it was to be a girl, that would be great for me and still be easier on the people I love.

I am with you about the macaroni stuff.
If I could be born again, I would want to be cis, I don't care is girl or boy, just not this stupid intersex, and not knowing what I am.  I don't know if I would be trans if I would not be intersex.
