I see what you are driving at, and no, it won't help you.. Teenage girls have adrenal glands, these glands produce a range of androgens, T included. They progress through puberty with normal female adrenal T levels, this doesn't cause them to grow a visible trachea or facial hair.
You also seem to have some very wrong ideas about hormones, whether they are for adults or teens. At 15, I'm surprised you are not on leuprorelin or similar, which is a puberty suppressor.
