I know hrt effects how much alcohol are body's
Can safely handle.  I've been in hormones for a little
More then 13 months and even though I only drink
2 or 3 times a month. I am really noticing it before hrt
I'd have say 6 pints and that's the equivalent to me drink 3
Or 4 now. I don't mind it but I'm also sortvof curious for
FTm does your tolerance increase on testosterone.
I feel like I started to notice it in the last 4 months
And now it's pretty clear

This is only anecdotal i'm afraid. But i've been on HRT nearly 3 years. My alcohol tolerance has most definitely reduced. I don't drink much, maybe the odd pint every couple of weeks, and the occasional wine. As far as wine is concerned, I just can't handle red any longer. I'm not sure if it's the alcohol , the tannines or additives (e.g. solvites), or the resulting dehydration . I had a glass and a half of red wine last evening and it gave me a really bad head during the night.

Anyone's ability to tolerate the mental impairment effects of alcohol is mainly determined by how much they weigh. People who weigh more have a larger volume of blood in their body and any alcohol consumed is rapidly distributed evenly in the blood system. From the blood system alcohol crosses into the brain and that is where the mental impairment occurs.

People on feminizing hormones lose muscle mass and usually weigh less. The opposite can be said for those of us on Testosterone.

And this is the reason that the quantity of alcohol recommended for males is two glasses, and the quantity for females is one glass!
As Dani says, it depends fully on the weight/mass of the body, how much alcohol can be consumed safely per day.
Real big persons might be able to safely drink three glasses of alcohol

4 years on I have found that HRT only very slightly reduced my tolerance to alcohol. (almost not noticeable) I drink mildly or moderately 4-5 days per week and have lost some weight, so I have guessed any reduction is due to my smaller mass. I do make it a point to stay relatively well hydrated.

I haven't been a big drinker since I was in my 20s.  These days, I seldom have more than one drink, and that is not very often.  Two is my absolute limit, and I don't even remember the last time I had two.  If you drink less, you lose your tolerance.  One glass of wine will give me quite a buzz these days.

I don't really notice a difference before and after HRT.

Estradiol is hard on the liver when taken orally.  I use a patch, so it should be safer, but I don't feel like stressing my liver more than necessary.  If I wasn't already a light drinker, I would have cut back when I started HRT.

Lost my tolerance to it now. I could drink around 12 to 15 pints of lager or cider a night until HRT at 32. Can only manage 2 now or a glass of wine with a meal. I cut back a lot after I got alcohol poisoning twice in 2017

I was not a heavy drinker for the last 15 or 20 years, but I was a beer drinker, I loved beer, either  a brown ale or a pilsner.
I think estrogen changed my taste buds, I do not care for beer anymore now, and prefer red wine if I drink alcohol.  I probably drink two or three glasses of wine a week.
All my tough manliness is leaving me, even from my taste buds!

Hangovers getting worse has nothing to do with being trans
It's something everyone who drinks  goes threw I'm almost 30
And a lot of my friends have experienced it all of my friends are cis
Aswell. But yeah we are all experiencing it. When I was younger I barely
Noticed it now the only thing I get done the next day is ordering Chinese's food
