Leaving the male cocoon behind and embarking on the journey to womanhood was excruciatingly difficult at first and too often seemed impossible.
One moment very early in my journey helped a lot: When I was made up one night and checked out my looks in a mirror. Bright lighting exposed all the flaws, which was so discouraging. So I turned down the lights very low, and glimpsed a premonition of the beautiful woman I knew I had to become. That vision gave me hope to go on, to keep trying. Over time as my looks slowly improved, I could get the look I want with brighter and brighter lighting. Until now, when I've successfully transitioned, and am manifesting that vision of my beauty every day in broad (NPI) daylight.
Of course, no woman wants to be seen in harsh lighting, and candlelight dinners are considered romantic for a good reason.
