Quote from: fair_in_height on April 20, 2024, 06:02:20 PMoooo how do real brits make a pot of earl grey?
well first i get the good stuff, there's a place near to me that makes their own blends and they do a v good earl grey
i wake the pot up with a little hot water, swish it around then pour it out
then i pour a bit of water over the leaves, then let them sit for a second. i usually drink this first steep as it is rather than throw it away
then yeah make fill the pot up once the leaves have rested for a sec. leave it for idk, however long feels right
serve with lemon not milk!

i mean are you just going to use cold milk? weirdo
