A tear would open more of the calorie-rich pockets than cutting would, so more calories should fall out. If you shake the pieces violently enough, you can even see the calories flying off in all directions. Be careful, make sure none of the calories land on your clothing. Although it won't harm your clothes, the calories will almost instant soak through your clothing and negate the effect.Love always -- Jess
