Sorry if your squeamish but recipe said skin the chicken, I got it off in one piece but it was like fighting with a 2 year old getting them out of a baby grow--------------
Sprinkled the skin with cayenne and salt  and cooked it in the air fryer till it was crispy, nice broken up on top of the chicken curry.
7pm and sun out now, chill night then.

I prefer skinless, but using the air fryer is interesting. I do enjoy pork rinds now and then.

Went back to sleep lazing in bed so by the time I showered and things it was 10.30! Brunch then, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs with toast and brown sauce. Courgette curry to cook this affty and will through the few runner beans I have in the pot to use them up. Midday all ready, bumbling about day then.

Courgette curry cooked, its one that uses an onion/garlic/ginger/chilli paste. Just whack it in a blender with some water till its a paste, just hope the onion cooked out okay. Did fry it for 5mins more than it said and had to cook it on a simmer 15mins longer for the courgette to cook. Time for another cuppa, that salty bacon has made me thirsty.

Did some work on the Austin as got fed up not doing things to it. Repaired the damaged registration plate as best I could, its a thick stamped alloy. Then fitted the lower grill after some fettling, chrome rough and its a zinc alloy so cant be rechromed. Not sure what I will be doing tomorrow yet.

Twiddling my thumbs day, have to make some signs for the show. I hate it when in limbo waiting for something to happen and then its a rush to do things.

Car all sorted and passed inspection, just got it right turning up at 2pm and caught him between tests. The universe was on my side today, forgot to get some post it notes for the autojumble and driving back from garage there was a parking space outside the shop!! Makes a change.

Wizz on this morning, left home at 10.15 and drove to town 6miles to supermarket. Did my shop and was back home for 11.20, would have been quicker but stuck in tail back from temp traffic lights for a good 5mins.
Watching the folks next door digging holes with a mini digger, was the 2nd hole made to bury the soil from the first hole??

Fiddle sticks, woke at 6am when I could have slept in today. Have to be up at 6 tomorrow to get to the autojumble early to set up. Have to go down my workshop this morning as forgot some stuff then back home to stuff as much as I can in my car, good job the rear seats unclip for more load space. A  Skoda Yeti is one of the most practical small SUVs ever made. Have to go pick mum up to  go out for a meal tonight at 5.30 with the load in so hope I leave enough leg room for her as need to move passenger seat forward.
Nice clear sky this morning, bit chill as Autumn starts to move in. Shame the forecast is wet tomorrow afternoon.

Last time I went to the pub we had a meal at tonight it was just a pub, now its a pub that thinks its a "posh" restaurant. Food was average, menu was an exaggeration and when the folks we were with asked for English mustard they didnt have any! Someplace new next time then, still at least I got back home to watch the GP qualifying on catchup.

It's amazing how much we collect.  We have been focusing on every box we have in the basement. I felt like Indiana Jones in a junk yard.

It went well, worn out now as been on my feet since 7am and got back home at 4pm. Did okay and sold a lot, 3lamps and loads of car bits as well as spurious things. £250 in my pocket less £40 for the pitch, beat the rain as well as it just started to spit as I got home.

Good job!

It never hurts to have a little extra money. You should reward yourself with a special treat.
