Well something else I cant eat, sweet peppers. Had another good "clear out" after eating dinner and I cooked the peppers again till some of them were scorched. Some sort of "acid?" in them like onion and garlic that my system cant stomach (forgive the pun) .
 Up and at them again this morning, sun is out but we have a partial eclipse from 10 till 12 this morning. Off down the workshop as only have 10 days to get the Austin ready for a show ,it still in a dry build but worth showing due to all the trick bits on it. Have to make a show card as well and I am not very tidy when I come to that. Also there is an auto jumble/car show next Sun so will see if I can get a pitch and shift some more rubbish ,I mean desirable old car bits!!

Sorry that the pepper did you some discomfort.

Got the immobilizer sorted, the local key guy had a gizmo that reads the e prom? and got all the details so I have 2 keys that work. Cost me £150-------------

Got on well today, called on mum and set the one clock she cant reach (British summer time today) . Got a birthday card for Lottie my daughters youngest from mum ,missed it as my calendar has the last 2 days on top of the first week. Dropped it of at the exes, she was going over to see them later. Must have talked for 1/2 hour, sounded like she is lonely on her own.
 Sorted the rear suspension on the Austin using the plasma cutter to remove a bit of plate so the bar would drop in from above, found some bits I was missing as they were in the storage tray under the load floor! So a good day, no bad tum last night as took the sweet pepper out of the curry. Just had a nice bowl of Rogan Josh with rice.

I have heard of a comedian named Joe Rogan but not a food named Rogan Josh.

Went to give Nick a hand with the lil Delinquent , a  Alfa flat4 mid engined Fiat 500. Had to sort gear shift out, found a linkage bolt loose and gear lever hitting it mounting bracket. Soon sorted, we did some more jobs and went with Nick for a test run.Thing handles like a go cart and by the 5th roundabout I had to say slow down as I was about to throw up!!

Just set the fire alarm off in the flats, my rice boiled dry and burnt. Good job I know how to reset the system and it looks like there was only folks in no3 as she was on the stairs in her nighty and dressing gown! Think she works early, BTW its only 4.45 pm. Just hope my pan is okay and no rice with my dinner then as cant be bothered now.

not that bad but it filled the room with smoke, sensor has now cleared and a good spray with some room smelly has got rid of the burnt smell.

Davina that sounds like the way I cook, so I do my cooking on the grill and leave the kitchen to my wife...I am also go at take away too!

soaked the pan overnight, some has come off so it has a dose of white vinegar and soda to see if that will remove the burn. Thurs food shop again, whole chicken to chop up for a curry with butternut squash and coconut milk and carrots. Will have to leave out the lemon grass as cant be bothered to go to the lemon grass shop!

When I do this, I use automatic dishwasher powder. Sprinkle a little in the dish, then fill the dish with hot water, the hotter the better. Let it soak overnight and the next morning, most of the gunk has come loose and the dish can be cleaned pretty easily.

More and more I try to do things that invariably turn out wrong or uncooperative. W/O testosterone I can't even get mad and smash it .. so frustrating

I have no idea what an immobilizer is, but I enjoyed hearing about it. My daughter's partner is a mechanic. I do my best not to let my eyes glaze over when he's mansplaining something automotive to me. My eyes have no problems reading your diary, though. Must be something about the presentation.
