I am the same age. I have been on Rosuvastatin for years and it works very well. My sugar levels run high at the pre-diabetes level, but that is normal for me. Doc watches my A1C and so far all is good.

Getting old sucks. I'm with you right there.

Smile. It could be much worse.

My ears are plugged up for some reason.  Most odd.
This too shall pass.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Medical stuff. Feel worse than probably ever in my life. I didn't know so much stuff could be ejected from one person. Ugh. Going through some stuff, and like Churchill said: "If you're going through Hell... keep going." That's where I am about now.

Honey, that's like a world energy crisis. Are you okay, Chrissy? I know you're kind of proud and do your own thing and whatever, but if you're not okay.. talk to me. :) I kind of have the superpower of fixing broken things, or people. It's about all I can do. Then you have to go over to the actual superstars of the site. ;D

Exactly. That's like the sun saying, "I'm going to take a break."  ;D

Seriously, though, Chrissy. Let us know if there is anything we can do.

We love you. BIG HUGS!

Well, OK. We will put you in charge of taking care of Chrissy.  ;D
Nothing wrong with taking a break. Relax. Take a bubble bath. Have a whole day just for you.

Then get back to work, slacker!  :-*  ;D

I'm an armchair detective. Just been  listening to  a podcast  about the  unsolved  disappearance of 22 year old  Pamela Exall  from Snettisham Norfolk in August 1974. Pamelas foster  parents  never gave up hope she would return.  They kept her room the same and had her Honda 175 motorcycle  serviced and ready to ride.
A local man charged with  historic  sex offences was a  suspect but there was not enough evidence  to charge  him.
Pamelas foster parents died without closure.
