I was hoping to take it to a car show next weekend but not sure if I can get a trailer yet, tomorrow I will be Little Miss Electrician trying to find the fault with no injected fuel . Wiring chart in manual is so small print its hard to read.

Davina, I am will you, the print these manuals incredibly small.  I bought a jeweler's magnifying light at a garage sale.  I use it all the time, sometimes for those challenging splinters, particularly the metal ones.

You can take a photograph of the printed pages you are interested in.

Then view the photos on your telephone or other device and it can be easily magnified.

Or use a magnifier feature on your telephone to help directly read the printed matter.

I did manage okay without any extra magnification ,turned out the pipe had come off the fuel feed inside the tank! Engine started but after a bit there is an oil leak and it looks like front seal, thats a lot of work.
  Car loaded up for auto jumble tomorrow, early start as have to pick mum up about 8am and get set up for when gates open at 10.

Yes, Davina-- I join Chrissy in wishing you a fantastic auto jumble (the phrase itself is awesome).

You would call it a swap meet, did okay and took enough money to make it worthwhile. Came back with 2 empty crates and a lot less in others. Aching all over now from lumping stuff around!

Now you have more funds for your own projects.

Maybe some fish and chips, with mushy peas.  Plus, more curries.

Well things not going great trying to get the Austin ready for the show but didnt come on here to moan. Was going to hot rod club meet tonight but feeling shattered so cooked some belly pork slices coated in spices (smoked paprika, 5 spice that I had to make, garlic granules and salt) . Run out of Soy sauce so a shake of Worcestershire sauce had to do. Nice with steamed broccoli and green beans.

Got on quite well today, changed my bed, did washing, made dinner to be warmed up later all while waiting for a parcel that didnt get left yesterday . Delivery driver hardly talked English so if it was them yesterday they didnt follow instructions.
 Got to workshop 12.30 and managed to get a lot done, still dont know if I have a trailer to get it to the show.

I have got the trailer, my friend Nick from the hot rod club is coming over this afternoon to help fit the side windows now I have correct rubbers. I have to give him a lift home after as he is leaving the Fiat at his lads workshop. Tomorrow he will tow the trailer to my workshop so I owe him big time.
 Quick food shop this morning as have to get down my workshop before 2pm.

Nick said the lad that works for his son (when we dropped the Fiat off yesterday) Thought I was Nicks sons mum!!!! Thats a pass then. So bike and Austin loaded and dropped off at the show, Nick said call in on their camp site in the morning for coffee. Brian rang and the Comet is coming tomorrow as well as Chris with his V8 powered MGA . We are all together in a line up with club banner displayed including the shorty American school bus! I will be at the show all day Sat and Sun ,lots of stuff to look at.

Have you ever rode or serviced an S class Mercedes or even one of their Maybach cars?

Sounds like awesome cars but out of reach for most people in the world.

Fortunately I do not envy such things.

 We had a good day, I got good feed back on the Austin. Will go and look at the bikes tomorrow.

Some nice bikes, I liked the bobbers and choppers . managed to get loaded up and back early, I am going to ache like a good thing tomorrow from hauling the bike about. BTW I hate ratchet straps!!

What is a bobber?  I only heard that term in regards to fishing and trying to grab apples.
