Mosketooww, had a couple of bites last week now got one on side of right knee. Must have been in my flat as no way it was while wearing work trousers. Antihistamine cream then to stop itching.
Got on okay cutting and gluing carpet in the Austin yesterday, have to go see Brian to sort the dash lights out on his Comet.

Reading about finding yourself in some of the other blogs and thinking I have always been myself just my body did not fit. Maybe that's why I did not fit in at school but also why I got on well with customers when running my garage business? Who knows but I shall carry on being me no matter what anyone says. BTW dont cross me as I am an Aries!!!!

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Bank holiday in the UK today, staying home as stuff to do. Fitted the centre console to the Austin yesterday, why is it that things that fitted perfectly (several times) no longer line up when you come to final fit?
Back is tight as this morning after yesterdays shinagins (that confused spell checker!) , nice hot shower and hair wash in a bit. Ordering more bits for the Austin and cooking lamb curry later.

Some things just do not fit right after a while.

Enjoy your curry!  Relax.

Just watched the final of The Piano on channel 4 ,the girl singing and playing the African/American composer music made my hair and back "crinkle" and the winner made my eyes watery. If anyone can see it on line DO watch.
Well its cauliflower and meat curry for dinner, time to start chopping!!

Mum gave me 4 sticks of rhubarb from her garden that she pulled while I was there, 20mins later they were chopped and cooked with a little sugar in the microwave. That was a few days ago and have been sat in the fridge, when I chopped some ginger for my curry I had to much so put it in with the rhubarb and then put some chopped dried apricots on top covered with a crumble topping. Had some topping left over so put some mango chutney in the bottom of 2 ramekin's and topped up with chopped dried apricots (have a big bag that needs using) and put the remaining topping on. Amazingly they both taste great and a dollop of plain yogurt worked as well.

Is not there some part of the rhubarb plant that should not be eaten?  I guess I will look that up, seems so.

Enjoy your apricots.

The leaves Chrissy, good amount of rain yesterday and some more on the way. After that dry spell nature is making up for it. Not sure what to do today, have a large parcel coming and it could be on a pallet!! Okay its a front suspension from a mk4 Ford Cortina for the new build, tried the tracking from fleabay but its not helping so could be here today or tomorrow. Need to clear a space for it in my garage at home as no room at the inn ,woops at the workshop!

Well it just turned up!! Had fun getting the lorry up the narrow road as some idiot had parked opposite the last car on other side of road. Not enough room for a lorry and tight for a car, ambulance or fire engine would have been stuck. Anyways its in my garage now, bit late to go down the workshop now and its peeing with rain.

It was a nice get together, food was a bit naff. Ate too much as well. Food shop today yet again, need to go to DIY store for some bits first for the Austin. Carpet glue, wood filler and some extra strong double sided tape. Bit windy this morning, clouds moving fast!

I have a lot of parcels coming today so stayed home to make sure they have been left, good job as last driver who did not speak English very well had trouble finding my place. Just one more to come it says between 3 and 5 pm. I can get on with some stuff now, that will be tomorrow.
Made chicken and tomato soup for lunch, that used up the chicken and stock as well as the 3 tomatoes that were starting to go over.

Do you see emails with proof of delivery pictures of your packages?
They are provided here in the USA from services such as FedEx, UPS, and Amazon.
The US Postal Service typically does not provide delivery pictures but does confirm deliveries via tracking status updates.

All provide package tracking.  Some even provide real time maps that show where the delivery driver is, how many stops are ahead of your delivery, and updated time of delivery estimates.

Occasionally no picture is provided, or it is all black, or it is a picture of some other property, not your own (but the package was still delivered accurately.)

I have sympathy for those who ordered something, the delivery service provides a proof of delivery picture; but, someone steals their delivered package.  Those buyers often just lose out as they do with other thefts.
