Monday evening I had a roast beef sandwich, and peaches and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Thin cut pork chops schnitzel style, smashed potatoes/gravy and garden salad/vinaigrette.

Tuesday I fasted.

Beef and red wine ravioli in melted butter. Will have the  rest  with  red pesto on Friday 

I accidentally bought red boxed wine for cooking instead of white.  I used the last of it last week to make slow cooked short ribs. Now I know what to look for on the package so I don't make that mistake again!  A box of wine easily lasts weeks when I store it in the refrigerator.

This is the 4th consecutive day with the temperature above 90.  And a heat index above 100.

Yesterday I had leftover pepperoni pizza.  Today I had cheese and crackers for lunch, with dried apricots and honey roasted almonds.  Dinner will be steamed rice with spicy Chinese sausage.

I have no idea today.  Am too busy now, will be too busy after work, and my family is scattered to the winds equally busy 

I broke my fast with a small salad and a little bit of soup.

Last evening I had two beef plump frankfurters.

This evening my sweetie and I went out.  She had meatloaf and I had fried chicken.
We are at her place now.  She has a tasty dessert as usual to share and I look forward to the rest of the evening.  You have a nice one too.

Proper  Lancashire grub.  Steak and kidney pudding with chips. 

I have a dinner date tonight.

Golden Phoenix Chinese restaurant. Great food and lots of it. I'm getting hungry now so I better get ready. 

Saturday featured a bratwurst and potato salad meal for me.

My main meal today was a hot lobster roll with french fries and Rhode Island clam chowder.
Small family run restaurant. I left a 24% tip.  I usually have my main meal in the middle of the day, about seven hours after getting up early in the morning, like people used to have "dinner."

I've been going there a long time, so the waitress who works there remembers me when I presented as a guy.
Today I wore platform sandals, a  florescent yellow skort, and a pink sleeveless polo for temperatures in the mid 80s.
I also  wore my pink hat, as the restaurant has a "seafood shack" at the shore vibe, which is very casual.
Not only is it part of my  outfit, but my wearing it protects me from UV exposure during the worst part of the day without me leaving it somewhere.

A traditional lamb curry with pan roasted courgette , lots of black pepper ,lemon juice ,salt and ground cumin to flavour it.

Sunday I had tacos.

Butter chicken  basmati  rice vegetable  samosas. Having the leftovers  tonight

This evening I made a baked potato but I cooked it in the microwave oven.

I am just pooped out and did not feel like cooking or stopping anywhere on my ways home.
At least I had a nice, warm shower.  I have a long sleep shirt on and socks and I think I will fall asleep early tonight.  Flannel gowns are too warm now.  Some household chores are just going to have to wait.
