Happy birthday Michelle.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

EKG showed normal rhythm with extra beats from the upper chambers of the heart. No concern with these.

I call it a triple beat, the doctor said she can hear it with the stethoscope. Interestingly enough, it seems to sound the same as the heartbeat of a timelord. Maybe that was why on the one Dr. Who episode I was quick to guess the background noise was the Master's heartbeat. Makes me wonder why it took them so long to figure it out. I know, it would change the whole plot of the story.

Like some of the monster movies, the authorities arrive after the danger is past, but just in time to take the credit. One movie even had an old man tell the kid after the monster was killed, the authorities haven't arrived yet, that means there is still another monster.

Back to the heartbeat, one doctor I went to appears to have had enough concern during my exam that a EKG was ordered, and later a chest x-ray. I was informed that there was no enlargement of my heart. since that was back in the 1990s, I doubt if I could get any of the records. All I have is a letter with check marks in the normal box for the blood tests.

Got to get going. I need to mail a letter, and want to get my PSA tested, to find the results of removing the bladder stone. Then head to the corn carnival.

I seem to be getting forgetful, or I already am. I got my letter mailed, then headed to the corn carnival. Halfway there I thought there was something else I supposed to do, but couldn't remember what it was. I later remembered I wanted to get my PSA checked.

While in line for the corn, somebody came up behind me. I didn't recognize who it was, that happens a lot. I have an idea who it might have been, since my sister told her about my operation. I'm hoping get this autism stuff straightened out and on the right medication, it will improve my memory.

Michelle,

You might consider making a "to do" list in an online note file or daily calendar entries on your mobile telephone and look at that to help you remind you of things to do.

Speaking of calendar, This is a joke, but I wonder how true it is. The man tells his wife that she never told him about the appointment, she says she put it on the calendar and he should have looked at the calendar.

I tried the calendar in my computer, but it seemed it did not notify me when I was watching a video full screen. My older computer is set up so that at startup a text file with my to do list comes up. I have a magnetic bulletin board with my appointments on it. I am considering taking index cards with projects to put on my bulletin board.

Last night on Facebook, I saw the ad for the renaissance festival. I was reminded, so I went to the website. My tickets are bought, paid for, and printed out. I need to put them on the bulletin board so I don't forget them.

I should be able to remember my PSA test today. That will be my first stop on the way to the corn carnival.
Need to make up my cheat sheet for the testing to remind me to ask for direct access testing. and a reminder to put the results in MyChart.
