Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

I had some tater tots today.

Last night.  Thick cut, twice baked for added crisp.  In the UK they're called chips.  Yes I know.  Go figure.  Chips are crisps here.

I have cut all potatoes and potato based products out of my diet. At least for now. I don't miss them. It's funny what your brain tells you that you need. Thankfully I never had the female gene that tried to convince me that chocolate was the best thing ever. I haven't had a chip in like half a year at this point. Never understood why they are called French fries because the French don't even cook these things the same way ;D

Apparently, you can get triple cooked chips... if you're willing to pay like £30 for 10. And yes, chips is a far more sensible name. Because a lot of the time they aren't fried. So it's a misnomer.

I tried a potato wedge, which is like one massive French fry.

I would rather have smaller slices of potatoes!

My mum was addicted to those things. In the UK they put this weird coating on wedges. Like coating on chicken. It's just wrong. She thought it was healthier because there was more potato. She didn't realise what they put into the "potato" to make it "fluffy". Potatoes are not naturally "fluffy".

Someone told me that a potato wedge may also be called a "Steak fry."
But the one I ate was shaped like a wedge for sure.
