How to make a cake tin then make the cake!!!! That bruise on my temple is working into my eye lids ,bit sore now. Yesterday I struggled to pull the old engine out of the Austin on my own, then I had to think clever to get the Rover V8 block onto the auto gearbox . Managed that using a wheel skate and some wood to line it up with the gearbox that was sat on a trolley. Then came the "fun" of getting it sat in the chassis with lots of levering , it was hard as tail end of gearbox needed lifting at the same time as engine hoist needed pushing back. Nearly there so have to cut some of the chassis out this morning, that's if my aching limbs will let me!! Very windy today as we get the tail end of that storm, clear sky but cold.
 Bit of an odd dream I can remember, with a bunch of younger folks and telling them "but I am 70!!"

I am annoyed with the pallet delivery firm after missing the delivery it said on the tracker "missed delivery we will contact you". Well nothing from them and the only way to contact them is via e mail and office only works 9 to 5 (cue for a song) . So looks like I have to waste a day staying at home as I can only see my mail on my laptop as zero phone signal at the workshop. GGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Well got a reply from them straight away, you need to get the seller to pay delivery but by a stroke of luck the seller had messaged me with their phone number. A quick call, some key board bashing to pay them and all sorted by 10.45 (its coming tomorrow) . Just rushing out the flat and mum phoned, my mower wont go so I called in on way past. Nothing wrong with mower it was her pulling up the start bar before pushing the interlock button, I didnt touch it she said, well you must have cos that is the only reason the button wont go in. Thing is last time she went to use it she did the same thing, she is useless with "tech" !!
 It was 11.30 by the time I got to the workshop but did manage to get a lot done, D goes good afternoon and I told him to ef off! Garage humour that is.
 I was glad to get home, legs didnt want to go up the stairs. Needed a good shower and a sit down ,have recovered now.
