Oh my god,
What a wonderful experience. I woke up very very cold, and in some pain. For the first night the staff gave me pain medication through the IV, but there after pills by my mouth. So for the five days I believe, I had this wierd sumo wrestling type packing in between my legs consisting of tape, gauze, a cathetar coming out, and a couple of tubes for drainage.
To be quite honest the pain was pretty unbearable for me. I wasn't expecting it to be as bad, because with my breast aug, i was on demoral and didn't remember the first week. But here in Thailand, they are very stringent about what they give out medication wise. My only complaint was that, i was in pain alot, and couldn't seem to get a good pain killer here. However on the other side, sometimes pain killers are easily given out in america, sometimes when not even needed. My advice to any girls considering coming here would be to see a doctor and get about a weeks supply of a strong pain killer if possible, and discuss it with your GRS doctor before coming, as i didn't.
Otherwise, i'm really excited right now. My surgery was on the 22, and today my stiches were removed and I was dilated by the doctor for the first time. I had six inches depth on my first dilation, which seems unbelievable to me, as i hear some girls don't get that after dilation for months. Dr. Saran was unbelievable, very nice and well spoken and versed in english. I highly recommend him. He was about 6,000 dollars and cheaper does not necessarily mean worse. He has over ten years experience and worked with Dr. Preecha extensively. When I asked why his price is lower than alot of other surgeons here he responded that it's not always about the money and that he enjoys giving people happiness. Now the good stuff. I'm pretty swollen, but I can see how good the work could be if I heal correctly. There is a clear hood, clit, and urethra, inner and outer lips, and vagina at the bottom. I want the swelling to go down right away. That's probably not gonna happen for a few months. I have to go to bed but i'll try to keep in touch a little more. Thanks for everyone's well wishes. To answer your questions the weather here is unbelievable, 90's or so, and i am not alone, I brought one of my best friends. I can't tell you enough how helpful it has been to have someone here. I would highly recommend bringing a friend or lover. It's worth it.
