Random Questions about T

Every so often I have random questions pop into my mind.  Here are a few that I haven't been able to find real answers to.  Maybe some of you who have been on T a while can answer them.

1.  What with the fat-shift and muscle building, how much does T affect your center of balance?  Does it shift from the hips up to the shoulders, or does that have more to do with bone-structure, which doesn't change?

2.  Does T affect the natural production of "personal lubricant"?

3.  Recent studies have shown that hormones affect brain structure.  Have you noticed any differences in the way you actually think? (Beyond the differences that can be attributed to less emotion/more aggression/higher libido.  I mean, on a more cognitive level.)

I'm sure I'll have more random questions as time goes on.  :)

im not on T, but from what ive read, it does usually decrease your personal lubrication.  i also read that you can get topical E to use to help increase it naturally, or just use lube... lol

i'm still early on so i can't say much in regards to the first two.

i don't notice any difference in my thinking... still pretty much the same with that.

As to balance, I don't notice it when walking or doing anything else, but I went up skiing and couldn't figure out why my skiing suddenly sucked until I realized that was what it was. I had to change my stance to compensate.

As to the other two, I've heard it can go either way wrt to lubricant. Haven't noticed much in thinking change, perhaps a bit quicker to flare up to anger and definitely a lot quicker for the anger to dissipate. Perhaps a little more tendency to do stupid guy things and not think through the consequences. And maybe a little less patience for listening to people.

1.  Your center of balance doesn't shift as high as the shoulders, but it does creep upward as your body mass redistributes.

2.  Yes.  You generally produce less, have it come later in the process than pre-T and it has a different scent/taste.

3.   My thought process is much more linear.  No mental chatter.  Decreased ability to multitask.

Whoa, did it really reduce your ability to multi-task or do you think thats just a personal outcome?
Don't be scared to fly alone, find a path that is your own
Love will open every door it's in your hands, the world is yours
Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold
What are you waiting for, spread your wings and soar

I'm definitely not as good as I used to be.

Yea, I can't really multi-task at all anymore. Also, I've gotten a lot better at judging distances and things like that.

how long have you been on T?

Thats very interesting stuff right there.

If it is a potential side-effect from taking T, I wonder if it would only be visible by taking the hormones rather than being a born male and going through the process normally. From what I've noticed from both sexes, it seems to be a very personal thing. I've seen both male and females who either have trouble with multi-tasking or no trouble at all with it(one of my uncles is fantastic with multi-tasking.) Then, also, putting into consideration that we change as we grow older and sometimes lack things we used to do in our youth mentally or gain them. It makes me wonder, if some things that change would have happened regardless if we were on T or not.

So my question is... do you feel this a change that would fall into the category of, "different reaction for different people", a common side-effect or even something that would have happened without?

Sorry if I'm getting deep into all this. I'm just fascinated by the possibilities and I'd also like to be fully educated on the potential effects of T.

I would hope it decreases natural lube.

Honestly. I have to wear pads like all the freaking time now. Vagina sneeze like nobody's business. It's really pissing me off.

I just started t
first injection yesterday

i have no idea whats gonna happen first
i feel the same
oviously its only been one day

when may i start to feel "different" or something?
  •

Elwood

I hear it takes quite a few doses to notice a major difference.

You'll feel different first. You'll feel different long before you look different.

If you feel sick, angry, depressed, etc. check your T levels with a doctor and make sure it's appropriate for you.

Yes your center of balance changes over time, I haven't been able to comfortably use a woman's backpack in a long time. It is gradual and without my backpack I wouldn't have really noticed because I did the same stuff during T as before.

Personal lubrication (I love this term)- It stopped being at the beginning but I cum a lot more then I did before. I get a little bit throughout but not as much as before. If I was interested in having someone enter me I would use lube. I lube up for anal, so it isn't like it is a big deal.

It effects your cognitive abilities but it sort of evens out, I would recommend regular cognitive training if you are concerned. Somethings get easier and others harder. I just had to work a little harder which is no big deal to me. The only thing I can't do is mimic cats and the cats are happy about that.

What?!  I'm not going to be able to mimic cats anymore?  I dunno, this might be the end of the line for me, then.  ;)
