just wondring if it could be from binding or something ellse cause my back has been sore/hurting for a while

well when i first started binding my sides hurt... but i don't think my back.

I got really bad chest pains when I did bind so I stopped. My back never really hurt too bad, the muscles did get sore, but only because I was forced to use good posture.

My back hurts when I wear my binder folded up to double-bind. Maybe it's too tight. Try giving it a rest and see if your back stops hurting.

Does rolling it up double tight work?! For a Tritop?
